A little bit of history and knowledge about this project that we are so passionate about...

It all started a long time ago ...

A young lady called Augusta inherited this building from her parents. After a couple of years she met her soon to be husband, Casimiro. They thought about having a family and knew this was the place to do it.

They had three little girls; Guilhermina, Margarida, and Ana. They all grew up happily and peacefully in Virtudes.

After a long time and after all the girls got married and lived in their own houses, the oldest daughter, Guilhermina, got this building to explore, and she thought this would be a good opportunity to share her beloved city with everyone...so she rented the apartments.

Guilhermina is married to Alberto and has 4 daughters and a Son. They are all grown up now, with wives, children and jobs. Miguel, the son, had a dream...to have his own business, preferentially one that had something to do with our city, our great "Invicta", "Porto".

He remembered that tourists love the oldest part of the city, so he thought that the building in Virtudes was perfect to rehabilitate to rent for a short or long stay.

The dream was there so the plan to make it all come true was born!

Miguel asked if the family wanted to join him in this adventure, and his sisters Veronica and Maria went ahead.

Long story short, after almost two years, a lot of sweat, love, hours and minutes we are finally ready to present you with our project - VIRTUDES CITY LOFTS.

We have to thank our beloved mother, Guilhermina, for letting us do this to the Building, HOUSE SHE LIVED IN and for trusting us... and to our beloved father, Alberto, for all the help he gave us during the time this project was ongoing.

My name is Maria, I’m the youngest daughter of Guilhermina and Alberto, and I’d like to say to you all "Dear guests, whoever you are, I sincerely hope you have the best time at our lofts. Consider this an extension of our house...we have done it all for you, for your comfort and happiness. So I ask you, if you have anything that you need, we are 24/7 here for you. Let us help you with everything, but please handle our place with love and care, for us to be able to offer this experience to other people around the world. Thank you very much!"
