Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will incur a fee of two night’s stay.

You can cancel until then free of charge. Refunds will be made in the same way as payment.

Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card. 

 

Guests must be at least 21 years old to reserve a stay.

For security purposes, please provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in.

A hold of €150 per stay must be placed on your credit card to cover incidentals.

 

Virtudes City Lofts is a smoke free environment. Please note that a mininum €250 fee will be charged if smoke is detected in guest rooms.
